Short biography
Michaela Fröhlich works as a consultant, mediator and research facilitator in Graz. After completing her Master of Laws, she expanded her profile through a Bachelor's degree in Business Law for Technical Professions, extension studies in Leadership and mediation. Since 2017 she has also worked in quality management and internal audit, continuously deepening her expertise in various areas.
Professional roles in real estate and auditing, as well as leading a third-party funded research project in the field of plant protection, have sharpened her understanding of economic contexts, regulatory requirements and interdisciplinary project work.
In her work she combines legal precision, business acumen and social competence – supporting people and organisations with clarity, structure and empathy, bringing a touch of joy through salsa dancing.
